Main cast would be fairly large, since a majority of the regulars are increasingly come-and-go.
Just a jamble list here, but- Art, Freaky, Cruz, Medz, Devs, Drift, NotChris, Ant, Sneaks, Loner, Gren, Eagle, Bags, Takerial, Ryssen, Yuri, Gravity, Butterfly, Kira, Foreground, Rice, Nestor, EMIYA, Opan, Pyre, Waar, Tegs, and I guess Meself make up the current roster. Circa the arrival of Solid and Broski.
Don't see much of Neko-chan, Nekohime, Grover, RBZ, Captain Badass, Dos, Giz, Limegreen, Greenzero, DataZero, SamRav, Solva, Neyapuckawhatsits, or SISAME anymore. Left, or simply kinda left IB in favour of CTFG or whatnot.
For some reason I think Art fits the main character role the best.

Wouldn't a somewhat competant antagonist be better? Plus Lawrence the uncaring butler who makes quips that goes over Nefarious' head would be great. It'd be like Geoffrey from the Fresh Prince. In Memory of the late Uncle Phil.
