I doubt that there would at least be an announcement of a new season of Lucky Star anime, but I hope it happens. That might get the ball rolling for Aya Hirano to start voice acting major roles again (Haruhi!!).

Although according to this site, it's just a re-release of Lucky Star goods and selling of official merchandise at Comiket and small festivals around the region where the anime is based on.
