Also, what is the difference between difficulty levels?

If you buy items that suits your hobby, sometimes it will give bonus stats.

Normal : Stats building to "impress" your girl. Your early stats are very low.
Easy : I recommend this if you have bought tons of items, because it will improve your stats later.
