Oh, no no. You can install the program perfectly fine if you're using a 32-bit OS, the extra steps I laid out are only there if you're using a 64-bit OS. Sorry for the confusion however, it was a bit late where I am and I didn't exactly word that correctly. Basically all you have to do is download UltraVPN install it and you should be good to go.
