If you paid for it using paypal or credit card, dispute the charges. Tell them you did not receive the items as advertised, so they should not send the money. If you paid for it with cash, well... you are SOL.

That is why I buy offline unless the store is "credible" But there is really no costume store where I live unless its generic Halloween fair so yep. Pretty much what I see I get off these websites that are good.
I have a bleach costume that is superb and came with the works, arm band,sash,socks straw sandals(well I never got em because they never fucking sent them then I inquired a year later and still no sandals but I just dont give a damn anymore I dont want the outfit anyway. -_-) Anyone want it! DX Size mens small its shuuhei
And a Higurashi hanyuu outfit that is just to die for~<3 The only thing I need is a pair of horns and a wig (They sell these little horns at anime cons all I need to do is look for a purple wig pretty much online or offline in a wig or costume shop) then Im all set~!
