It's mostly a recap with about half an hour of added content, and also Lizbeth grabbing Sugu's bewbs.
I only see screenshots about swimsuits....
That's peppered throughout Kazuto recalling the SAO and ALO incidents to that one agent. But yeah, part of the episode is Lizbeth, Asuna, and Silica teaching Suguha how to swim.
