Hmm, not really, it would fit quite well with being a "Know It All". If someone's a know it all they'll probably have an ego, which then causes contempt for people that don't "know it all". That's how I see it anyway.

Yup, although I guess a Know It All could feel contempt for themselves if it alienates them from people or something, but generally the contempt is for something else haha.
