It is not. You can't go out every weekend all the time. It's theoretically impossible. I do so every weekend but I socialize and talk to people at college and I don't think I'm anti-social. Anti-social implies you don't any contact with anyone on the sociable level. If you interact with anyone on the social level then you aren't anti-social even if you only talk to people on the Internet.

Some people do genuinely need to the bustle of other people nearby to feel good, and thus they always end-up partying/going out.
Personally, I never cared, except for when I need something answered, or someone manipulated. Or pick up chicks. Or do all three, actually.
