A national day where you give thanks to anyone regardless who they are?It's like Christmas, but a hell of alot cheaper, more turkey is involved, not as annoying and it doesn't celebrate a fake event from The Bible - What Thanksgiving is celebrating actually happened. In fact I kinda like it, even though we don't celebrate it here.
@OP - There's a Thanksgiving thread in the Food and Cooking section, but it hasn't received much love. And the rest are probably busy stuffing their faces with food right now (or working) to bother wishing anyone anything.
