Is there a series you just can't fap to?

Say for example myself: I am a HUGE fan of Mahou Sensei Negima (the manga only), but for some reason, I cannot fap to hentai of the series even when the art and the story were totally great and fap-worthy. The same with Bakuman, One Piece, To Aru Majutsu no Index, and a couple of the Final Fantasy games just to name a few. However, I am just as HUGE a fan of Touhou, and I don't have this... issue with the hentai I find around.

What do you think causes this to happen? How can you look at two pieces of beautiful hentai art from a game or a series you know, and fap to one but not the other? I tried finding a thread like this but I didn't find any... no one else thinks this is just weird or even annoying? :(

I don't know... It probably has something to do with feeling too "out of character" from your perspective. For example, I just can't imagine Kamina or Simon ever saying fuck.

I think it's cause you like them a lot..Something like respect...I don't have that problem cause I know that their not the real characters we all know and love...just a fanfic or fantasy

I've only had this happen with characters and not series. For example, I can fap to all of the Lucky Star characters except for Konata. I just can't bring myself to see her as a sex symbol even though I would ravage her little cousin. Weird :\

So far I haven't come across anything that I can't fap to, at least not a series. Now if we're talking about Genre then yes I know one....so uh, for a real answer I guess any series that has Guro in it I can't fap to it =P

Maybe they just don't come across sexual. I have the same 'problem', but as long as it's not erectile dysfunction, then nothing to worry about :L

I can't fap to Clannad. I just can't. The anime/characters impacted me that much.

I can't/do not fap to the series that I love too much and they include, GITS, School Rumble, Black Cat and Maria-sama ga Miteru!! =3

I can't fap to Kodomo no Jikan, Pani Poni Dash, or Chibi Vampire. I also love the Negima! manga and I can fap to it, but I can't finish off to them.
