I do find it a bit disconcerting that there's really no big "notices" on Fakku such as a main page where it says "you must be 18 or older to enter", etc. But it is in the rules...
However, is it an actively banned offense? Not really. Minors seem to get by without reprimand here...

I'm pretty sure everyone from about the age of 12 knows that porn sites are meant to be for over 18s. Such notices don't do anything, they're just a legal requirement that we've dodged likely by loophole.
I'm not sure what you want the admins to do; you get some idiots over the age of 18 and some far more sensible people under it. People who accidentally make it obvious have been banned.

If someone actually says they are underage they will get banned. For sure.
