NTSC was released first. Probably because of the music licensing actually. Pal was released near the end of that same month.

I love the 'dubstep dichotomy' that's emerged with so called brostep. Skrillex and deadmau5 don't make dubstep. Their music is heavily influenced by it, but it's more like electro or house than anything. Liking them and Burial, Benga etc. is not exactly an affront to nature.
