Honestly I never believed that any jobs would be easy. I have seen a really bad community manager before though, as well as a really good one.

I don't think that being or not being a member matters in the slightest actually. I mean a member will have some knowledge of how fakku work and it's affiliates so that's a bonus but it doesn't matter.
