Linking loli is a banworthy offence. It's just a matter of you getting reported now before mods deliver judgement on you.
I don't remember any of that. Just checked the "*READ ME*" Rules again.
The only thing regarding loli is that the Image Section/Nosebleed Prohibits Posting loli, and of course, in user uploads, loli is prohibited too.
Oh, and in the Feedback thread "On Lolicon" by Jacob, he stated 12+ allowed, and the link I posted does look 12+, from my perspective.

On that page, post from "Badguy", he asks if linking it is allowed or not. The same question is asked by "Blackraider78" on page 5 with a vague reply from another user.
Another point is at as long as my link ISN'T an image, it is not mentioned otherwise if or not posting it (link to manga) is allowed.
Would appreciate if someone cleared that out to me.
