It's still a bit weird. I could understand after being burned/cut...but when the whole body gets torn to apart with the head detached...That's stretching the "healing" power. Unless someone was there to like sow him back together.

I think it also has something to do with Thanos cursing to not be able to die.

I'd like to think that he has a regenerating ability, like, gettin a new head and so on.
His head and body would have to be united in order for the decapitation wound to be healed.
Would be interesting to see someone attatch his head backwards one of these days.
