So KGB is a phone service which you text them questions and they reply (to the best of their abilities) for a small fee.

Asked was what the connections between the two little children and Yukito, Misuzu were in the beginning/end of the Air anime.

Other than that their answers are pretty spot on, although you can probably just google most of it.
