Yoshii didn't get a free pass, in fact he was given much harsher treatment than most people. He mass spammed once, while Jake was watching and that got him banned for over a year. Do you know what we do to first offenders normally? 3 days. The reason for the harsh punishment was because Jacob wanted to make an example and he doesn't do the 3 strike rule.
