Oh, I read of those "Nazi Communists".
I mean, that's so twisted. Merging two opposing political ideals...
Well, if you see it from an anti-authoritarian viewpoint, it kinda fits actually.

blah, he didn't say he specifically like their killing jews policy; people are entitled to their own opinions; even if those opinions are wrong.

@Lamz0r: He did specifically say that he didn't like the anti-Semitic part. And I'm assuming that includes how they went about killing millions of them.

I know he's not talking about anti-semitism and whatever. But there's more to their shit, plus me hating on nazis (and ANY of their ideas) is more personal (family circumstances).

Well, if we strip Nazism of the racist bullshit, we got Fascism basically. At least in theory.

My blood boils every time too, though my family was never on the victim side.
Actually, my gramps was in the Airforce. He was a prisoner of war in Stalingrad.

oh no? 1500 years ago people believe the sun was the center of the universe, 1000 years ago people believed the world was flat and 500 years ago people were under the "opinion" that black people made good farm equipment. Opinions can be wrong and its foolish to think otherwise.

There were no victims in my "direct bloodline", but they did some nasty shit to them.
And https://www.fakku.net/viewtopic.php?p=281173&highlight=#281173 one of a few hate rants I'm proud of (though it's about blaming everything on one person).

Awesome read, man. I agree 100%.
People saying Hitler wasn't sick and twisted? Da fuck?
He certainly was charismatic and it continues to amaze me how such a comparatively small country could wage war against basically the whole world, but that doesn't make shit any better.

Oh no? What you said was what people believed as fact. Center of the universe, world is flat, all things that people deemed as fact. Wrong examples.
There are some people today who still think that black people are made for good farm equipment. I am in no way implying that I am one of them, but that is an opinion. Good example, but not a great one. Why? Because who are you to say they're wrong? I believe it's morally wrong. You believe it's morally wrong. But maybe they believe it's morally okay.
Edit: Also, money made the good catch that they believed the Earth was the center, not the sun.

I think only the farm equipment part would be an opinion (of large number of people), the others would be beliefs given the scientific/exploratory tools at the time.
Also, I'm pretty sure they thought the Earth was the center before, not the Sun, but that doesn't really matter here.

That thread was pretty much the only reason I came out of lurking... Buckets of blood were boiled reading through all of that.
Yeah, his rhetoric and people convincing skills were one of the best... but that's all.
His waging war on the whole world - let's say some fags were a real help to him (google Appeasement).
Thread derailment, succes, me thinks.

Well yeah, there were always those countries that just surrendered in the blink of an eye (like Denmark) or actually jumped onto the nazi bandwagon (southeast Europe).

These douches I'm talking about actually opposed him, but went all like "hey let's give hitl0r Czechoslovakia, he'll stfu and let us off the hook".

While morality is subjective there is a level of morality that obviously exist that no one can deny. It's true that the nazi party thought jews and black did not count as people and that obviously should not be treated as such but I am sure that they didnt think there were doing good things when gassing millions of civilians; at least most of them.
the other two examples were unproven fact true, but they had no proof correct? It was based on opinions and misinformation handed down by a previous generation. They saw something and simply believed it and were hard pressed to change their minds until proof was provided, how is that any different than an opinion?
The very essence of this thread represents one of those very opinions that is wrong. Germany as a nation was mostly protestant which is a religion based on Christianity; which calls the bible it's holy text. How can they follow a book that preaches nonviolence (new testament) and the quality of man while killing millions of innocent civilians be considered an "opinion" that isn't wrong. Jesus Christ himself was a Jewish born male yet they decided to target his race/religion for extermination? The nazi party and it's rise saw MANY inconsistencies like this which only compounds the opinions that they were incorrect and ignored their own reality for something more convenient.
Opinions can be wrong, it just takes time to prove it.

I think the Nazis changed Jesus from a Jew to an "Aryan".
They did everything to make things match their ideology if it served their purposes.
The whole "Aryans are the people of Atlantis" story was ridiculous in the first place...
