As for your reply, I will defend myself: I haven't been on Fakku for about week and a half now. It's real easy to just pop up in all of their threads or arguments and "support" them when I'm not even posting. And no, I don't join in on all of their antics and "support" them. I generally agree with those people because they just happen to be the intellectual and tactful crowd on the forum. If I agreed with the opposing side, I would speak up about it as well. High post and rep counts don't impose on me in the slightest.
I rarely talk to any of the "figure heads" (as you put it). Sindalf and I only talk about timing. I do see him as a prominent member in the fansubbing community and as such, yes, I do go a little out of my way to make sure I don't say anything offensive to him but I will never go out of my way to "spit shine his shoes." I enjoy watching Anime and Sindalf is one of those people who makes that possible. I believe that he does deserve some respect.
It really seems like your assumption was made just off the fact that I'm a fairly new member to the community. For someone who tries to come off as the bigger, level-headed man, your replies are becoming increasingly nefarious.
