Eh yes, but not getting replies back on stuff I need to hear back on, so I'm stuck at home wringing my hands and sweating about not knowing certain things. lol, but I guess it's kinda like a forced day off of sorts.

No, afraid not.

All I know is, should the court date go in my favor, I will have more money than I do now. That will allow me to pay some bills I need to pay and recover somewhat. But even if it DOES go in favor, it will take around three months to actually start receiving my settlement.

So I'm just going day by day praying that it all works out. lol

Oh, you don't know, thought I told everyone here.

I am attempting to prove to a court I am unable to work.

How are you unable to work?

It's a long story really, but the short of it is I have mild cerebral palsy, which limits both my stamina and my mobility, as well as panic disorder, and have trouble sleeping. I have to adjust my daily life based on a number of factors, and because my ability is often on the flux, I just don't do well in a work place environment.

Honestly I think you could have a hard time winning, I don't know how lenient the system is though, but I suppose it all depends on the people overlooking the case

Hopefully you can manage to win though, that sounds like a malignant conditiion

Yeah I know, to say the least, I am freaking out over it. I had to do something though. However, it's a point of high stress for me, so I'm changing the subject now. lol

I tutor calculus voluntarily to help out my old calc teacher

Oh, lucky.. I never did will in math. lol

I find that the role of aid or mentor is often under appreciated. It makes a difference. So very cool. ^^

It is cool, cuz it's pretty selfless and makes a life long difference for many people. Not always great mind you, but at it's core, a teacher is a neat person.
