[Manga] Haruhi - Arterna 02

Part 2 and Release #40 of a two-parter that Ershin translated a while back. He asked me if I'd do it and I had some time so I figured why not? So here you go. Not as hardcore as most of our releases, but it's still kinda nice. The scans are smaller than the first, but you gotta work with what you have.
