I don't but I'm so worry of trying to create a conversation and not look weird or outlandish in nature.
A simple hi or hello will do most of the time but when that option has been exhausted it's hard for me to make a conversation without that.
then be weird or outlandish haha, I'm not the most sane person and my conversations can be quite random at times

Yeah, I should be but I worry how other people would view me. It's one of my flaws. I think I have mention before but not to you.
