With that, I think the answer is that you need some time away from the site. People laugh that type of thing off because people over the Internet is telling you to die. That's like if someone from some place on the Earth wrote a letter to me just to say, "Fuck off and die." I would laugh and brush it off because it's just so random and out of place because someone who doesn't know me personally told me to "Fuck off and die" from where ever they are from when I had no personal interaction. Additionally, if someone who dislikes you tell you that then you should have no reason to get emotional because they don't like you and of course they'll anything to get you down and if you get down then the hater is winning and you're losing against him. I'm not saying to never show emotion on the Internet but you must know that there is a risk to showing emotion on the Internet as well. If you have something you want to talk about then take with someone who is willing to listen and give advice like me and many others who are your friend.

I know how you feel but when a friend tells you that and mean it maliciously they aren't your friend anymore and you can just disregard the statement because comment is intent to hurt you and anything the person has to say after about you or state you should be in is moot because they aren't looking out for your best interest anymore.

I don't ask you to take breaks because I want you to cool off but to find something you're missing that you won't find on this site. I had the same issues you had but on a different forum site but when I left the site and didn't look back. I found what I was looking for all a long through compensation of my actions and moved on. I'm hoping the same happens to you when you take a break.
