well..my guess is that it's your ordinary stuff that eats your lappy's memory..

Assuming you already have a trustworthy antivirus, do you have a trustworthy anti-malware? Malwarebytes Free is my suggestion.
Don't forget to adjust your start-up applications as well. Make sure there is no suspicious programs, i.e programs you don't know about, and unimportant programs (anything not regarded antivirus) chipping your precious boot-time and background memory.

Uuuuu... We have Smadav and infamous AVG as antiviruses. Already using Malwarebytes trial for 10 days. Should I remove it when I installing NOD antivirus later?
