Who the fuck cares when it's free?

Had to scroll through the thread to see what the codes were for in the first place.

who uses cr for anime?People who don't like to pirate anime where they can avoid it since it's a vicious cycle that promotes entitlement and takes money away not from the corporations, who really don't give a shit because their bottom line is safe, but from the people just struggling to get by while producing the content.
Piracy is a short-term solution for things you cannot obtain for any amount of money normally, for reasons being that they aren't available in your language, or, for some reason, not licensed in your country.
It should not be anyone's go-to option.
If you know of any legitimate options besides CR, Netflix, and Hulu, I'm open to them and more than willing to try things out.
Always looking for ways to keep my budget shoestrings tied tight, anyway.

I have actual standards.Yeah, okay, keep telling yourself that while you download stuff for free that you could have instead saved for and bought.
Try before you buy is not an excuse for piracy.
I already gave my opinions on piracy and when it can be okay, though.
There are cases where you can't have something in your country's language or licensed there, despite having more than enough money to buy it.
I don't have 'standards' as much as I have 'principles', and my principles are to not take for free illegally what I am able to support legally.

Except most of the new shows are showing on public free Japanese TV so you're paying for free content in the first place. Now the stuff that's on the satellite/cable/Blu-ray/Netflix kind of shit is different. Plus the whole Streaming process compresses the shit out of it so you're basically watching YouTube for money. You're better off pirating the TV rip and buying the Blu-ray either still in moonspeak or when they ported over what's 95% of anime does eventually.

I buy manga that I like and I buy BD sets for series I like. It's called try and buy like you said, Senpai. Nobody asked for your copypasta. Also streaming is shit anyways.
