What you have to consider is that this is a) from 2010 and b) essentially brainstorming features. I doubt half of that will make it to the console, and the specs will probably improve. Dual Kinect bullshit will probably stay though.

Kinect has sold exceptionally well; they have a duty to serve those customers just as much as it makes absolute sense for them to do so. Also, watch Sony go hardcore 4320p $600 dollar behemoth, and tank horribly, dragging the company down with them.

I actually suspect they won't do that; just look at how shit scared they are already of the Vita failing and how much money is being hemorrhaged through the TV division. They will probably push 3D and online/media connectivity, and play it safe on the hardware power front. But it would be interesting to watch. Hardcore is dead, haul ass to the safety of PC gaming.
