I'm new in the forums. So I didn't experience your "whoring" as you put it. So I hold no personal grudge towards you.
Is this just an apology? or are you really coming back?
I do believe a permaban is a permanent ban though. If you are coming back, I believe you should pay for "damages" or for breaking rules.
I think it's bad for one of the worst (as other people say it) to just come back from a permanent exile without punishment. If you can do it, what's gonna stop other people from doing the same?
