I find it funny how there's always someone butthurt about Trump, that the mere mention of "he's not that bad." gets them mad.

Not you freaky.

Because a lot of people are frustrated with out current political system and they feel like an aggressive "alpha-male" who's against politically correctness is what's needed. He's a populist and not a typical conservative/republican so he rallies support from liberals, conservatives and independents.

But if you want an answer with more substance, listen to him talk about Free Trade and how it's hurts the average American. Or how immigration (not just illegal) is doing the same and "only benefiting the rich" (something many leftist like Bernie Sanders have stated). And despite participating in it himself, he mentions how lobbyist and money in politics end up hurting Americans in the long run (think Military industrial complex).

I don't agree with everything he says (or disagree), but I at least took the time out of my day to figure him and his fanbase out. The fact that so many people are baffled or resort to saying "HE'S RACIST/SEXIST" to the very mention of his name are all part of the problem that caused him to be taken seriously.

So dressing up cocks on camera panders to fems? Haha that's a new to me. Is this some kind of a guilty pleasure of theirs.

Seriously though, I was never really political until a couple years ago. So it's really hard for me to articulate this sort of thing.

Still, I wish the system wasn't so corrupt. If it weren't, people wouldn't feel the need to support a wild card like Trump.

I've always found this stupid, he's a dick, yeah, no need to put him in any other category, especially when the accusers have been giving the terms a reputation as tools for censorship.

At least the motherfucker is entertaining to watch, that's not a given for everyone.

I will say, in my defence/ the defence of the others not from america, The media puts a massive spin on him being a massive douche/ racist/ sexist/ blah blah. I'm pretty sure our media is mostly liberal owned (which roughly translates to conservative in america books), which doesn't make a lot of sense in that regard.
But yeah, it's been spun in such a way everywhere that he's a bigot, an idiot, and corrupt etc. It's quite odd.

yeah, I actually had a boss at work that hated Trump. Which surprised the hell out of me because a lot of the things he believes in are aligned with what Trump says. Then he told me that he got all his info from the local news.

So I told him what's really happening and his perception of Trump has changed. Of course, he still doesn't fully Trust him, but at least he doesn't seem to hate his guts.

Thanks. But everything but getting lobbyist and special interest groups out of the House, I completely disagree with, especially on immigration because I don't feel like labor should be nationalized or controlled. And the thing I go agree with would be hard to get rid of because a lot of the times these special groups don't just benefit the ultra-rich, a lot of people depend on those jobs. Ask the people who work for the military weapons/jets/tanks/etc contractors if they care if they're being paid on taxed/stolen money, that's going to be sold to ourselves and overseas to countries like Saudi Arabia. They don't give a shit because like everyone else they got bills to pay and mouths to feed.

It's because he's a populist that I'm extra wary of him, and Sanders. From it's inception, the US government was never meant to be an entity that could or should be able to solve the economic woes. If history has shown us anything time after time, it's that govt. is usually the cause of the woes.

I agree. The govt. should only regulate the rights of workers to make sure there is no mistreatment. However, they should have no control. From my experience, problems with the economy is usually cause by the govt. in some form or capacity.

The problem is, is where we're at right now. To be honest, I just don't want Hillary or Bernie to win because I see their views on the subject to be far more misguided than Trumps.

Don't really agree with that first part either. Considering how that's being handled currently. But I can see why people would find those 2 to be more misguided, at least definitely Bernie.

What's funny is that I actually found myself to be very left-wing back in High School. However lately I seem to agree more with the right. I don't know if it's the schools fault (I know a lot of teachers were liberals and although they tried to be unbiased. I know that their beliefs kinda seeped into how they taught), or maybe it has to do with all the SJWs popping up lately.

I've been looking up more about this stuff and it kinda horrifies me.
