Some over sensationalized case from a state called Florida.

One guy called the police because he thought somebody was acting suspicious, the police told him to stand by, he didn't and took his own action.
The guy who he called the police on jumped him and started attacking him, the guy took out his gun and shot.

The reason why this got sensationalized to hell and back (at least in the states) is because the person who is dead happened to be black and the other happened to be hispanic; people are flipping shit called racism.
