so my brother's girlfriend got really drunk last night, but then got drunk again today, even worse than last night. I decided to stop by my brother's house on the way home from college to check on her, and she practically threw herself at me.

Being that I haven't gotten laid in like, the last 3 months, I was scarcely about to turn down sex, so I went along with it thinking she'd sober up in the middle and push me away or something.

She didn't, and now I'm not sure how I'm going to face my brother later. I also came inside, but she had a thing put in her uterus so that she can't get pregnant for 5 years.

You know that IUD's are not 100% effective against pregnancy right? Even if the chances are low nothing is 100% effective in relation to birth control. Also, STDs are still a common thing without protection so getting tested should be a consideration for both of you.

She approached about keeping it secret, and since I obviously don't want to be on my brother's shit list for any extended amount of time, especially since he would probably kill me in the literal sense, I agreed completely, and decided that whenever she had 'incidents' like this in the future, I would lead her to their room and leave her in her bed, and then leave the house, regardless of what funny business might occur.

Regardless of her being 'drunk out of her mind', Unless the two of you look fairly similar, I'd say it's likely to happen to anybody. She is responsible, as are you. Tell him, let him know what he's dealing with. You're family, he may not be as harsh with you, but don't expect to get out of it lightly. You still fucked over your family, which is rude. The longer you leave it, the worse it'll get. He WILL find out. She'll tell somebody, they'll tell somebody, it'll get back to his friends, who'll mention it to him.


tl;dr: Tell him. It'll save him a long relationship of heartbreak, and the consequences won't be anywhere near as severe as if you'd left it a long time, and he found out the hard way.

Either way, you're fucked. If you leave it, he'll find out when she's drunk, or eventually, and it'll be worse for you. It's better off coming out of your mouth than out of hers or one of his friends.
