It's pretty obviously jealousy, isn't it? I mean, you wouldn't want to be him, but he's rich and famous at a young age, and a lot of people feel that to be unwarranted. In an age of lyrically awful, unoriginal, autotuned music being massively popular, he sort of epitomises everything that is wrong with the industry, and so it's a bit of comeuppance as well as the physical voicing of a widespread dislike that celebrities often seem immune to. That's ultimately no excuse for how it was voiced, I'm just trying to rationalise it.
