Just remembered, Most of the "worst" one that I read is actually from a Japanese Vns lol
I read one that had like 5 NTR stories that go into each other even though its completely different characters. Anyway one of the stories is about a brother and a sister and the sister wants to be an idol or whatever, but she might not survive an operation in a hospital...
The first part is pure daww, the next is all NTR that involves a dog and a group of guys.
Later on the sister and the gang of guys she had sex with drug the brother to the point of him almost dying but he ends up in a come for 2 years, then wakes up and his sister has been missing ever since so he goes out and starts looking for her.
Oh yeah and there's that one doujin that made me not wanna read nor have have anything to do with To Love Ru.
