10 Chikan Association (Chikan Juu Nin Tai) is the only Hentai I actually like, and no one has subbed it. I tried subbing it myself, but had some difficulty as I don't really know Japanese. It's about a group of professional molesters and their clients, who pay them to get help at getting away with molesting women on the train. My favorite is the first "action" scene in episode 4, though the rest of that episode is crappy IMO. for the rest of the series I also like episode 1, but the rest are average, though average on 10 Chikan Association is high quality compared to any other series I watched.

For Linux and others, MPlayer works well. Honestly, if you can't watch MKVs by this point, how in the fuck do you watch anime anymore? Streaming? Groups tend not to release AVIs these days.
