It's mostly true, Not a great deal of the older people in ib type badly. But, you are right.
Also, I'm curious, when does somebody stop being a newfag to you? I know I've only been here for a year and a half, so that's not overly long... Or are you like waar, and count post quality?

3/4 years, of continuous posting. Posting a lot in less than one year doesn't really mean much, I'd say.
Something like quality would be subjective, but not an indicator of being a "newfag".
