Egg and sugar, and some kind of alcohol if it's that way you want it. I think.

Basicly that.
You start with a few eggs and sugar. Mix it well, then start heating it slowly while stirring it all the way.
It's done when it looks like pudding.
Then take a strong, clear alchohol, vodka, white rum or some other distillate that has no real taste of it's own.
Add it 'till you get a nice creamy constistancy.

If it's done right, it can be pretty good. That's why I don't recomend buying.
Make your own.
