Oh, the irony.

So I went to the apartment office today to pick up a couple of games I ordered (Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana and Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2, to be specific). Once I opened it back in my room, I found inside this little gem.

I found it so very ironic that someone like me (atheist, 2 drinks 3 years into college) would get a book like this instead of my initial prize, among which is a game that features demonic transformations, cannibalism and a fantastic depiction of a very awesome paganism.

Here's hoping they didn't give my games away to some god-fearing alcoholic.

I don't know if that can be considered "ironic" per say (forgive me, but I'm pretty confused with the term, so I rarely use it), but either way, LOLOLOLOL!

Also, does this mean you still have your PS2?

Of course. I would rather part with (very small amounts) of my very flesh (from a limited number of places that will heal properly).

Cunt... my PS2 permanently broke down (disc reader busted for real 2nd time around) and we had no parts to replace it with. I never got to finish even Persona 4. I was in the last dungeon too! ;n;

I actually do fear for mine as well. It's getting old (9 years last christmas) and heats up faster and is louder than it used to be.

Yeah, I got them on amazon. $20 for DDS2 and $25 for AI:EM.

Maybe it's time to go from hospital mode to hospice mode y'know? Stop trying to prolong it's life and just let it spend the rest of it's days doing what comes naturally. Not that I don't hope that it has a long life, but elongating life while inhibiting life in the process seems a bit meaningless to me.

And, yes, I take my console's health this seriously.

Also, THE GAMES, MOTHERFUCKER! MAKE SURE YOU GET THOSE GAMES! Okami and God Hand take top priority.

I've heard many good things about Okami, I'll look into God Hand as well.

I still have digital devil saga 1 lying around yet to be played.
