I don't mind most of your work friend but you should look at who your target market is on fakku. The majority of us are lightweights in terms of hentai appreciation... It's why guro is banned and for the most part loli is also unappreciated. I'm glad you do work with all sorts of material and you offer that to your readers but aren't you at all worried about how this will affect Fakku and it's image? I mean, how long have you been on this site? Have you seen much guro in the past?

I've been here for years, but I'm registered in the forums since 19 Apr 2008.

So, I know Fakku is one of the best places for people like us and I really appreciate the efforts everybody makes to keep it that way. But I've never been under the impression that Fakku has gotten this way because of self-limitation concerning the content it hosts, but the community it provides. I've never seen such a place like this, the other places I know seem to be built on the "share and leech hentai" principle.

Plus, we are well aware of your concerns and that's why stuff like guro isn't uploaded here. The rest can be taken down on Jacobs demand no problem.


To be frank, I've been a fan of guro since I discovered it a few years back. I think stuff like the Torture Dungeon series isn't so cruel, the stuff Uziga Waita sometimes writes (especially the Modern Stories of the Bizarre compilation) is on a whole different level and can even touch you emotionally.

Guro is short for grotesque (グロテスク/gurotesuku) and doesn't necessarily have anything to do with either gore or sex. Franken Fran is something that comes to mind as guro without having much sexual content.
Ero-guro is guro with a sexual twist, naturally. In the west, guro is often thought of as the same thing as gory ero-guro, which I assume this is (judging from the cover). Guro often involves sex and death, like anything else.

If you don't like people sewn together with dogs or hot pokers in every holy and non-hole, you're better off staying away from guro. May it be extreme, but in the end it's just another fetish /shurg

I am fine with how this was done, LWB gave plenty of warning on both the front page and the blog. It is will known that we do not host guro directly on FAKKU so no rules were broken.
