i hope they know that people will seriously give up manga because of this... people never take into consideration other peoples circumstances and feelings.

There will be always a way or a nother to read those, but if they close those sites ppl will go to underground sites and pay less for quality mangas. And so on, and so on...
The will realize what they did, but it'll be too late to do anything against it. Well, good luck to them. lol

Curious and Wondering
Oh no. But well, one door closes, another one opens. We'll just have to find that door.

The world is just telling us that it hates manga. And VN's, since problems with translation groups develop roughly parallel to scanslations crackdown.
I guess it's time for me to find some new additions to my hobbies and leave those behind.

FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!
This is seriously starting to piss me the fuck off. Not only are all of the major manga scanlation hosting sites being taken down, but I keep losing all of my damn reading lists along with them. The only way I am even able to remember what I was reading was by the numerous now-inactive bookmarks that I have for all of the series I'm reading. What really sucks is the fact that I'm not even sure which groups were scanlating what series, so even if I wanted to now I can't even go directly to the source and download each chapter as it comes out. It is my opinion that we here at FAKKU should try to salvage what we can from these many sinking ships by setting up a slot in the forums with the titles of as many manga series as possible and links to the websites of groups scanlating them. Of course doing this could potentially be painting a big red target on our asses, so I'm not sure if it would actually be done. I'd leave that decision up to the admins. All those here who thinks we should keep a permanent archive of manga and links to the scanlation group websites, say "aye!"
