I tried to get one. Places didn't accept me.

Full timer here.

I work 5 hours a week. I make a grand a week. I do side jobs.. 3-5 grand a pop. I'm the ultimate slacker.

There two paths.

Path A: Study photography, get a bs/mfa/ph.d in art, work in the fine art field for years, get cred, and start leaving business cards at flower shops, dress shops, colleges, ad places, boutiques and start showing your work to people in the know.

Or

Path B: buy a camera and leave a flyer at walmart and david bridal and charge a grand a wedding.

Path a is longer but you have a sense of artisan pride and recognition with artfags and people with eyes.

I do more weddings then modeling or my own fine art thing.. more money less boobs.

I'm SORT of on Path A, but I'm doing Graphic Design/Illustration....
I do Fine Art on the side for commissions/Contests/galleries.

Nah, the job market sucks where I am. I could get a good paying one but then I'd have to move further up north where theirs buttfucking nothing to do but work, eat and sleep. A lot like China I guess.
