After some light research, I found results that were a little mixed, but mostly pointed to urea reduces sperm viability. That said, I DO NOT RECOMMEND URINE AS A CONTRACEPTIVE. Normal human urine has a urea concentration of about 0.150M, which is lower than the concentration of urea used as a spermicide in any of the papers I found.

Oh yeah, and while acidity does decrease sperm viability, urine is usually necessarily acidic. It's normal pH is around 7, although it can fluctuate wildly.

I'm assuming you're talking about a male urinating into the vagina post-coitus, because a female would have to be very skilled or a leaky faucet to pull that off with any measure of success.

OT: I don't feel too much need to urinate after masturbating, but I find it hard to fap with a full bladder, so I often do it before starting.

Yeah, I am rather positive that it is in no way an effective form of contraception, but yeah, some apparent effect.
