That's really ignorant and stupid logic, if you ask me. There are innumerable men and women out there who enjoy pegging both in porn/hentai and in real life. Women usually because it gives them a feeling of dominance over the other (which is, look at that, femdom), whereas the men who like it are more about being submissive, and also usually like anal stimulation to an extent. If a guy banging and dominating a girl hard is easy to imagine, then the reversal of roles should be as well.

I must have been extremely pissed at something and/or tired when I read your post. My apologies, but to properly answer your question now: that is called sounding, not pegging. Usually it's a rod-shaped object that's inserted through the urethra. From what I hear, it provides a unique feeling of pleasure, though it's not for the weakest of dicks or faintest of hearts and minds.
