Nay, I'm fairly certain(just googled it to make sure) Dr. Pepper/7up/snapple are all owned by a different company. Pepsi and Coke distribute it sometimes, but they don't own the brand.
Just did research myself; turns out they use Coca-Cola and Pepsi bottlers under contract to distribute their drinks.
