Do you have a not-completely-shitty pc?
By that i mean something like mine at least:
Cpu : amd 5000+ 2.6ghz
gpu : nvidia 9500gt
ram : 2gb
If you do(i hope you do) then you can play it using PCSX2(ps2 emulator) and believe me it plays flawlessly - I don't have a PS2 and played the whole game that way(also Persona 3).
Trust Art and me, P4 is an awesome game "period".
