Please helop me mourn

A close friend of mine passed away within the last couple days. Please help, me mourne. I'm already cdrunk but she will never be replaced.

I knew alcohol had something to do with this.

I'm drunk to try to cushion it but I can't do it. I'm religious but please pray fir her, no maatter religion you believion in

My condolences if this is an actual thread and not some bullshit just take it easy. Losing a loved one can be extremely tough and your grief is a completely normal reaction. Honestly you should be careful with alcohol consumption and rather seek help from family and friends. It's much better to be with someone rather than taking it alone during a difficult time.

Is never easy losing somebody you love. Pull through it man, don't lose to the alcomahol. It doesn't help anywhere near as much as you think it does

Please Lugo, get yourself together. Do you think she wanted you to be driven to this point? By all means, you can mourn for her because that indication of how much you cared but don't become unwilling to move forward with your life as well. The simplest and greatest way to honor the dead is to move on with your life. No one in the afterlife of any kind would want you to be blogged down that you couldn't push forward.

My apologies for your lost and sounding blunt but I don't want you to fall in same swamp that I have seen so many people fell into.

I don't know you or your lost loved one but I can say this: dead men tell no tales. So keep yourself healthy and keep the memories alive. If you're healthy then you can remember the good times for many more years. Try not to drink too much.
