Pointless nostalgia thread

Just thought I'd whack up an appreciation thread for a website I used to use for viewing hentai before coming here. I'm in one of those weird moods where I'm feeling nostalgic about shit, and Hentaidreaming - the site I used to frequent before it was shut down and I was directed here - is among that.

I wonder what the staff who ran this site are doing nowadays.

I used to use a site called hentaipalm. It was really weird because it had images and doujinshi except some images were, like, pay to view or something? idk it was weird.

I used torrents. Still do.

Before Fakku, eh... Just whatever I randomly found whenever I was in the mood to look for some. Most sites seemed to be using HentaiKey back then, and I never quite trusted that, so I avoided those. It was quite nice to find Jacob's thread introducing Fakku on another manga site and come to a place I could use without worries or registering, which I only finally did after Fakku restricted downloads for non-members to, IIRC, just 2 per day.

Fakku was my first English forum. Before Fakku I used to be on a swedish gaming forum called fuska.se. I wasn't too active on the internet before Fakku tho so I don't have that many memories from that site.

People sucked less here, i never really used it for hentai until the last few years.
