I got the girl who is haughty in the school academy episode, season 1. They're in a fog while the group is eating, while Pikachu is trying a treadmill machine and lulz happen. Then the fog fades out and Ash and group see a school and Jessie and James reminisce about the days of the school. Some girl is acting all high and mighty and trying to teach some timid boy about the realities of battling. Ash sends Pikachu out against a Cubone and somehow wins against the girl and Ash and co. and the timid boy and Team Rocket go and rape this girl and later send her off to Giovanni. Giovanni uses the DNA of her and the DNA of MEW to create a furry called Mewtwo. Ash and co. and Team Rocket gang join forces disguised as vikings going to some island to teach Mewtwo some morals and Mewtwo sends them back in time so no one will remember that he/she got told by some 10-25 year olds. The haughty girl wakes up in space. Looking at her surroundings she finds a note that she has been injected with a space virus and sent to space to be observed. She was called Mewthree. Now, she didn't particularly like this name so she named herself Deoxys. Deoxys prays to God why such events had happened and Arceus comes down and says it was punishment. Arceus smites Deoxys with GodFinger that he learned from Domon Kasshu, who is actually Ash in an alternate dimension. Arceus makes Ash and Domon meet to get them to make a love child. Red wasn't all to happy about this so he left Mnt. Silver and killed them, except the baby which he raised and called her Kotone/Lyra, planning to kill Crystal and replace her with Kotone/Lyra. Silver found about this plan so he stole a pokemon from Prof. Elm and used it to battle Crys so to train her to defeat Red before Kotone/Lyra could fulfill the role. Crys did finally beat Red and Red fled with the baby, never to be seen again. She sees the error of her ways and they live happily ever after.
