Did you try saving the image you want as an .ico?
I don't know how to do that. The image programs I have, don't let me save images as a .ico file.

I have GIMP here and it definitely lets me do that. You can try that, then, it's a free program anyway.

So I went back to using the fucking hot K-On! image, but a version edited by freaky to make it more like a wallpaper from his wallpaper thread.
It's definitely up there as one of my favourite yuri images.
