It's just markup, took me less than 15 seconds to write, hue. Doesn't look so good after being quoted though, strange that I can't use the CSS width property to size them by percentage, oh well.
It does look a bit messy, I think adding some more borders to outline where one window/widget ends and another starts would clean things up a bit, maybe change the background so the cloud on the right doesn't muck things up.
Nice background.
