Well they showed them in the Carnival Phantasm OVA so I dont think its quite dead more like they are prioritizing whats making money now......still cant believe Nasu said he is done writing for the fate series though, but at least he is allowing others to add to the multiverse.

On the topic of type moon (although I'm pretty sure that will always be the topic of this thread) I should watch the second season of F/Z. I distracted myself with other stuff after finishing the first recently.

That is interesting. I need to play F/E. Maybe after F/Z.

I may be a bit biased and all but I would recommend doing so I thoroughly enjoyed it for what it is.

I've been totally distracted by the Fate universe recently. I just think the idea of summoning mythological and past heroes and villains is really interesting, and the stories surrounding it are really interesting too.

I agree thats what drew me to it. I've always been a fan of mythology and magic so that might be what drew me in, but the characters and feels made me stay.

Especially the feels man. The DEEN anime is widely considered as a failure by the fans but it'll always remain one of my favourite shows of all time just because of how it introduced me to the universe [size=4]and how it made me cry girly tears at the end. That somehow made me develop them saber feels[/h]. The music by Kenji Kawai does play a huge part in it. I remember having this song on my ipod in 2007 as my most listened to. Then soon after I played my first visual novel.

For me it was disillusion the opening....it was a very soothing song. and dont get me wrong as much as I think they did a crap job I still enjoy it more than I probably should.
