In 1996 the president and the Congress passed the "Virtual Child Pornography" law but in 2001 they started to expand the law and enforce it. the law which would banned any thing that depicted anything portraying or looking like anyone under 18 nude or sexual. 2002 the law was overturn by the supreme court because it would volatile the free speech and some else i forgot. If the law stayed movies and books like American pie or Lolita would be kiddie porn. Depending on how life like or the content you would get busted. Some people have been arrested for loli, but there been more arrest for sodomy and treason in this country then loli arrests.

Virtual child porn is nothing. You ever watch american pie or porky's? That is virtual child porn. If an actor who was nude while playing a character under age then it would be a federal crime to own or watched. That was my rant and the thesis i wrote in college. Now the new cppa law just have that language altered to the actual age to the implied age, but does imply Drawings, cartoons and computer generated images to be child porn meaning loli and shota to be criminal under federal law. Only if it fail the Miller test for obscenity.

Which if you are a lolicon then you shouldn't be scared of cp laws but obscenity.... which you can be always be scared on if you like porn in general anyways. The community standard is the test of obscenity.

They are working on the remake of Tsukihime and Mahoyo is supposedly a 3 part VN so I assume they are working on part 2 of that.
